Helping landlords avoid bad tenants

Tenant Registry is a website database set up to help landlords and letting agents avoid bad tenants and help find the good tenants, "limiting the risk".

The database has been & contiunes to be built by Landlords and Agents therefore is up to date and factual, this make us a unique site providing a unique personal service, Real information on real tenants, not just a standard ccj check, plus its completely free, just make sure you input the voucher code FREE when Joining. See our 47 second YouTube video

So how do i use the site?

Its quite a simple process,  this is how to search for a prospective tenant: (before you search, please make sure you ask the applicants permession in writing, see Privacy and Data Protection)

Step 1 Log in or Sign Up (its free)

Step 2 Click Search a Tenant,

Step 3 Type the prospective tenants name in the search field and any other information you may have and click Search,

Step 4 If there name is on our database it will show up underneath in boxes, Click there name and the past history will be on screen. You may print or save these details.

How do i report a previous tenant:

At the end of a tenancy, whether your tenant has been good or bad please let us know by submitting their name, DOB and location to our database to help other landlords in the future, which in turn helps you. Please note you will need to update your Tenancy Agreement that notifies the tenant that they may feature on this website if they violate your agreement.

Step 1 Log in or Sign Up (its free)

Step 2 Click Add a Tenant

Step 3 Type the tenants name & DOB in the fields provided and select one of the eleven options, which are:
